Product Description
The Carel electronic expansion valve is designed for air conditioning and refrigeration applications, meeting cooling capacity requirements up to 2000 kW, and is particularly notable for its excellent flow control at low flow rates.
Carel expansion valves offer three main advantages:
1. Reliability over time: The standard design process for Carel ExV valves includes an accelerated life test of 1*106 cycles; the valve complies with major national and international standard certifications; these standards ensure the best quality assurance for the product and manufacturing process, and continuous efforts are made to improve the environmental management system.
2. High-precision control: The Carel electronic controller ensures high-precision control, specifically designed to optimize the management of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, primarily focusing on energy saving. Additionally, high-precision control is ensured by the special shape of the mobile components (ensuring a linear flow characteristic), the travel distance achievable with stainless steel ball bearings, and the use of high-precision mechanical components.
3. Perfect refrigeration tightness: Regardless of the rotary motion of the motor, the mobile component does not rotate during operation. The use of high-quality PTFE seals (easily installed on the valve seat) allows for no sliding. This improves seal tightness; an elastic steel spring pushes the mobile component against the valve seat when the system is closed; additionally, the motor is allowed to rotate a few more turns before stopping. The energy accumulated in the spring during this step provides additional energy to close the valve, meaning the tightness is comparable to that offered by traditional solenoid valves.
Finally, 100% tested valves offer better assurance of reliability over time and better valve tightness, helping to ensure operation does not cause significant environmental impact under adverse environmental conditions.
Other important features of Carel valves include:
1. Replaceable external stator
2. Simple operating mechanism, directly transmitting the rotor to the mobile component
3. Use of high-quality materials: stainless steel, copper, brass, composite materials
4. Perfect tightness when the valve is closed
5. Significant reduction in energy loss when starting the system
6. Wide range of models and sizes to meet the needs of all systems
