Refrigerant Oil Separators

During operation, the high-pressure outlet of the refrigerant compressor usually contains a large amount of refrigerant oil. To protect the compressor from oil loss and prevent refrigerant oil from flowing into the system and affecting the heat dissipation function of the condenser and the refrigeration effect of the evaporator, an oil separator must be installed to separate the refrigerant oil and refrigerant. Then, the float structure inside the oil separator uses the high and low pressure difference principle to force the refrigerant oil to flow back to the compressor crankcase through the return oil pipe. This ensures that the compressor does not lack oil and achieves the best refrigeration effect.

Refrigerant Accumulators

In an air conditioning system, before the refrigerant returns to the compressor, it must be ensured that the refrigerant is completely vaporized. Therefore, gas and liquid must be separated before entering the compressor, allowing only gaseous refrigerant to enter the compressor to prevent liquid slugging. Liquid refrigerant evaporates slowly in the cylinder before entering the compressor. Since there will be residual refrigerant oil in the system, an oil return hole is provided in the liquid separator, and the refrigerant oil will also return to the compressor in the liquid separator. With the protection of the liquid separator, the compressor's lifespan will be longer, and the system operation will be more stable. Safe working pressure -30KG/cm2 (special specifications can be customized).

Refrigerant Receivers

After the high-pressure refrigerant is cooled in the condenser, it becomes a mixture of liquid and gas. However, to achieve optimal cooling, it must be in a liquid state before entering the evaporator. Therefore, a receiver tank is necessary to store the high-pressure refrigerant. Liquid refrigerant is then drawn from the bottom of the tank and sent to the evaporator, allowing the evaporator to operate at its best and achieve optimal cooling. Safe working pressure: -40 PSIG (suitable for various refrigerants and R410A refrigerant).

Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Suction Accumulators

The function of a heat exchanger is to concentrate two pipelines, one carrying high-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant that needs cooling and the other carrying low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant that needs to evaporate, within a container. Heat transfer between the high and low temperature refrigerants cools the former and heats the latter. After this heat exchange, system efficiency is greatly improved, achieving optimal cooling. Safe working pressure: -30kg/cm2 (special specifications can be customized).

Refrigerant Discharge Mufflers

The muffler's internal structure has several baffles to reduce the noise frequency generated by the fluid and compressor operation. It is a good choice for noisy models. The model is selected according to the high-pressure outlet pipe diameter of the compressor, and the inlet and outlet pipe diameter of the muffler is optional. It is suitable for various refrigerants. Safe working pressure 30kg/cm²(Special specifications can be customized).

Carel electronic expansion valve

The Carel electronic expansion valve is designed for air conditioning and refrigeration applications, meeting cooling capacities up to 2000 kW. Its most prominent feature is excellent flow control, especially at low flow rates.
