Safety SYG Series Oil Seperator
SYG series oil separator primary used for Piston compressors,Piston parallel compressor units and the secondary oil separation of the spiral machines. SYG series oil separator features a centrifugal separation that can achieve high efficiency of oil separation with minimal pressure drop. The helical guide platecan keep high oil separation efficiency while the parallel compressor unit in load shedding or load change. There was installed a mist eliminator with stainless steel wires inside the oil separator, thus forming a barrier that captures the misty oil, making the oil flocculate,causing them toimpact each other, gather, and adsorb onto the mist eliminator to become oil droplets, finally reach the oil collection area of the separator by gravity. In this area, there was a flange that can separate the impurities of the oil droplets, also there was a permanent magnet which means it can absorb the iron debris. Designed pressure:3.0MPa;

Under the action of centrifugal force, the oil particles is separated into the edge of the Helical guide plate and on the vessel internal wall of the oil separator, where the isolated oil particles gather into larger oil droplets and flow into the oil collection area at the bottom of the oil separator. Safety SYA Series Oil Seperator
SYA series oil separator primary used for Piston compressors and Piston parallel compressor units.The gaseous refrigerants with suspended oil particles from the compressor enter into the oil separator, and go through intercept of the metal wire mesh from the inlet and outlet of the oil separator, the oil particles impacting each other and to form the heavier oil particles; Finally, the heavier oil particles impacting the inner wall of the oil separator to separate. The separated oil drips to the bottom of the oil separator and returns to the crankcase or oil reservoir through the float ball needle valve.

The sunction accumulator is an important part of the refrigeration system. The most important function of the separator is to separate the gaseous and liquid refrigerants for preventing “liquid slugging” of compressor (liquid refrigerants flows into the compressor). Reasons to cause “ Liquid Slugging”: Improperly installed piping(inlet-outlet) Insufficient capacity of evaporator Expansion valve selection error Refrigerants overcharging Over Frosting of evaporator Evaporator fan not running Insufficient heat insulating and low environment temperatures of suction pipes Recommendations to install: Compressor parallel Two-stages compression refrigeration/compound refrigerants compressor Flooded evaporation system Defrosting system by superheated vapour Heat-pump system Over-heat degree lower than 7K system Attentions to choose: Determine the relationship between the volume of the sunction accumulator and the amount of the system refrigerants charging. Basically, the sunction accumulator can store 30 percent to 50 percent refrigerants of the system. The flow velocity of U-shaped vertical raising pipe not lower than 7.5 m/s in order to favorable oil return effect,and not greater than 12 m/s, especially low evaporating temperature system. Capacity controlled refrigerating units should be considered the velocity of the suction pipe;for the parallel compressor unit, the multiple suction pipes of the separator should be the best choice. (Multiple suction pipes separator is installed behind the suction pipe, one suction pipe for one compressor to make sure every compressor can get the same velocity).
