Refrigerant Oil Separators
During operation, the high-pressure outlet of the refrigerant compressor usually contains a large amount of refrigerant oil. To protect the compressor from oil loss and prevent refrigerant oil from flowing into the system and affecting the heat dissipation function of the condenser and the refrigeration effect of the evaporator, an oil separator must be installed to separate the refrigerant oil and refrigerant. Then, the float structure inside the oil separator uses the high and low pressure difference principle to force the refrigerant oil to flow back to the compressor crankcase through the return oil pipe. This ensures that the compressor does not lack oil and achieves the best refrigeration effect.

During operation, the refrigerant compressor's high-pressure outlet typically contains a significant amount of refrigerant oil. To prevent oil loss from the compressor and to stop refrigerant oil from flowing into the system and affecting the condenser's heat dissipation and the evaporator's cooling efficiency, an oil separator must be installed. This separates the refrigerant oil from the refrigerant. Then, the oil separator's internal float structure uses the high and low-pressure differential to force the refrigerant oil back to the compressor crankcase via the return oil pipe. This ensures the compressor does not lack oil and achieves optimal cooling performance.
