International concern regarding the environmental impact of refrigeration systems is rapidly increasing, leading to reflection on refrigerants. The lower the energy consumption of a refrigeration system, the smaller its environmental impact and the lower its total lifecycle cost. Numerous regulations and standards have been or are being implemented in various regions of the world (such as the EU), all of which impose minimum energy efficiency requirements on refrigeration systems.
BITZER has always focused on improving compressor efficiency and launched the ECOLINE series of compressors specifically optimized for R134a several years ago. The R134a refrigerant offers high performance in medium- and high-temperature heat pump applications, including very high efficiency, low pressure (reducing leakage rates), and the lowest GWP among all non-flammable HFC refrigerants.
This gives the new BITZER ECOLINE compressor series a higher overall efficiency ratio. BITZER ECOLINE compressors can operate at lower condensing temperatures. Studies for the supermarket sector show that cascade refrigeration systems consisting of R134a and CO2 compressors (products optimized for total lifecycle cost and TEWI) offer particularly high ecological and economic efficiency and very low energy consumption.
The BITZER ECOLINE series now has more product models and expanded versatility. ECOLINE compressors can use a variety of common refrigerants, and their application range with these refrigerants has also been expanded compared to previous series.
The refrigerants that ECOLINE can now use include: R134a, R404A, R407A, R407C, R407F, F507, and R22.
The design of this series of compressors also considers the possibility of using low-GWP HFO or HFO family refrigerants. The COP of BITZER ECOLINE series compressors is up to 12% higher than previous products.
The improvement in product efficiency is achieved through further optimization of the compressor valve plate design, reduction of internal compressor losses, reduction of compressor exhaust pulsation, and the use of high-efficiency motors.
This series of compressors can also be used with inverters, with a frequency range of 30Hz to 70Hz for the CE3 series to the BE6 series, which can operate at variable frequencies between 25Hz and 70Hz. Therefore, the compressor's cooling capacity can be precisely matched to the system load.
Compressors specifically for R134a (No. 3 motor series) can be operated at up to 70Hz using a standard motor (400V/3/50Hz).

⑤ When the compressor is used with a variable frequency drive
—Compressors equipped with motor No. 3 (R134a dedicated compressors) can use a 400V/3/50Hz standard motor increased to 70Hz under 400V/3/50Hz power supply conditions.
Products equipped with motors No. 1 and 2 require special motors if they need to be used above 50Hz in the entire application range.

SYM series oil separator features a centrifugal separation.It can achieve high efficiency of oil separation with minimal pressure drop Helical guide plate. It can keep high oil separation efficiency while the parallel compressor unit in load shedding or load.The gaseous refrigerants with suspended oil particles from the compressor and enters into the oil separator, the refrigerants with suspended oil particles contact the Helical guide plate , and rotate along the guide plate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the oil particles is separated into the edge of the Helical guide plate and on the vessel internal wall of the oil separator, where the isolated oil particles gather into larger oil droplets and flow into the oil collection area at the bottom of the oil separator. Safety SYG Series Oil Seperator
SYG series oil separator primary used for Piston compressors,Piston parallel compressor units and the secondary oil separation of the spiral machines. SYG series oil separator features a centrifugal separation that can achieve high efficiency of oil separation with minimal pressure drop. The helical guide platecan keep high oil separation efficiency while the parallel compressor unit in load shedding or load change. There was installed a mist eliminator with stainless steel wires inside the oil separator, thus forming a barrier that captures the misty oil, making the oil flocculate,causing them toimpact each other, gather, and adsorb onto the mist eliminator to become oil droplets, finally reach the oil collection area of the separator by gravity.
