SP series piston compressor

The RefComp SP series piston compressors has 34 models, including 2-cylinder, 4-cylinder, 6-cylinder and 8-cylinder models. The rated power ranges from 3 to 70 [Hp], and the corresponding displacement ranges from 17.5 to 222 [m³/h] (when the power frequency is 50 [HZ]).

Product Description

  RefComp SP series compressors are widely used in various commercial and industrial refrigeration applications. 
  The RefComp SP series piston compressors has 34 models, including 2-cylinder, 4-cylinder, 6-cylinder and 8-cylinder models, with rated power ranging from 3 to 70 [Hp], and corresponding displacement ranging from 17.5 to 222 [m³/h] (at 50 [HZ] power frequency). 
  Technical Advantages 
  ● Integrates filter, shut-off valve, and temperature sensor into the unit body. 
  ● Uses a crankshaft with balance weights designed by RefComp. 
  ● High efficiency, high strength, low vibration, low airflow pulsation and noise. 
  ● Different refrigeration capacities can be selected according to the load to adjust the refrigeration capacity. 
  ● Motor protection module. 
  ● Built-in safety valve connecting high and low pressure sides. 
  ● The refrigerant gas flowing through the suction shut-off valve to the suction side of the piston effectively cools the motor. 
  ● Suitable not only for R22 refrigerant, but also for chlorine-free refrigerants R407C, R134a, R404A and R507, without changing any mechanical parts. 
  ● The P series compressor is specially designed for air conditioning and medium and low evaporation temperature refrigeration applications. For R134a refrigerant, its higher operating condensing temperature can reach 80℃; for R22, R404A, R507 refrigerants, its lower operating evaporation temperature can reach -40℃. 
  ● Two types of compressors are available: high temperature compressor (H) (for air conditioning systems) and low temperature compressor (L) (for refrigeration systems).

Safety SYM Series Seperator

SYM series oil separator is mainly used for piston compressor and piston parallel compressor unit. SYM series oil separator features a centrifugal separation.It can achieve high efficiency of oil separation with minimal pressure drop Helical guide plate. It can keep high oil separation efficiency while the parallel compressor unit in load shedding or load.The gaseous refrigerants with suspended oil particles from the compressor and enters into the oil separator, the refrigerants with suspended oil particles contact the Helical guide plate , and rotate along the guide plate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the oil particles is separated into the edge of the Helical guide plate and on the vessel internal wall of the oil separator, where the isolated oil particles gather into larger oil droplets and flow into the oil collection area at the bottom of the oil separator. Designed pressure: 3.0MPa; Applicable refrigerants Models:R134a, R22, R407C, R404A, R507A.

Safety SYG Series Oil Seperator

SYG series oil separator primary used for Piston compressors,Piston parallel compressor units and the secondary oil separation of the spiral machines. SYG series oil separator features a centrifugal separation that can achieve high efficiency of oil separation with minimal pressure drop. The helical guide platecan keep high oil separation efficiency while the parallel compressor unit in load shedding or load change. There was installed a mist eliminator with stainless steel wires inside the oil separator, thus forming a barrier that captures the misty oil, making the oil flocculate,causing them toimpact each other, gather, and adsorb onto the mist eliminator to become oil droplets, finally reach the oil collection area of the separator by gravity. In this area, there was a flange that can separate the impurities of the oil droplets, also there was a permanent magnet which means it can absorb the iron debris. Designed pressure:3.0MPa;
