The RefComp SRC-S series semi-hermetic screw compressors comprises 18 models, with a discharge range of 118~1100m3/h, suitable for medium and high-temperature refrigeration applications. The SRC-S features a built-in oil separator, compact structure, easy installation, low noise, and high efficiency. It offers various configurations for different applications, including flooded systems, ambient temperature heat pumps, and chiller units.
Product Features
Utilizes RefComp designed asymmetric screw rotor tooth profile, 5:6 configuration, ensuring good lubrication;
Tight meshing between teeth, resulting in smooth and quiet compressor operation;
Compact overall dimensions, integrating filter, shut-off valve, and temperature sensor into the unit body;
Equipped with a motor protection module, providing protection against motor overheating, reverse rotation, and phase loss;
Operation information tracking, providing real-time feedback on motor and system operating status;
Multiple bearing combinations, ensuring a long service life, high load, and low noise;
Built-in oil separator, multi-stage high-efficiency separation;
Special structural design and spatial layout, utilizing the refrigerant gas flowing from the suction shut-off valve to the suction side of the screw to effectively cool the motor;
Suction/discharge shut-off valves are rotatable, allowing for easy and flexible installation;
Built-in safety valve, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
