Safety SGL2 series fillters
When the SGL2 series filters are used as liquid supply line filter, installing solid dry filter cartridges can filter impurities, absorb moisture and acidic substances in the system; When used as suction line filter, we recommend to remove the two metal filter in order to reduce pressure drop. Using SFE series fiber pleated and SFE-W stainless steel cartridge shall effectively filter out the impurities in the system and avoid the dirts entering the compressor to extend the service life of the compressor.

The sunction accumulator is an important part of the refrigeration system. The most important function of the separator is to separate the gaseous and liquid refrigerants for preventing “liquid slugging” of compressor (liquid refrigerants flows into the compressor). Basically, the sunction accumulator can store 30 percent to 50 percent refrigerants of the system. The flow velocity of U-shaped vertical raising pipe not lower than 7.5 m/s in order to favorable oil return effect,and not greater than 12 m/s, especially low evaporating temperature system. Capacity controlled refrigerating units should be considered the velocity of the suction pipe;for the parallel compressor unit, the multiple suction pipes of the separator should be the best choice. (Multiple suction pipes separator is installed behind the suction pipe, one suction pipe for one compressor to make sure every compressor can get the same velocity).
